Vehicle category, oil specification, oil quantity and service conditions can affect the final price. Applicable call-out fees, premium oil adjustments, additional oil and vehicle-specific requirements will be disclosed before booking. Additional repairs are quoted separately.

Why are the prices “starting from”?
Vehicles have different oil capacities, filter requirements and servicing needs. Your vehicle category and oil specification affect the applicable price. We confirm the complete quote before booking.
Are call-out fees included?
The advertised Basic and Minor Service ranges exclude applicable call-out fees. Tell us your suburb and preferred appointment option so we can confirm any fee with your quote.
What if my vehicle needs a specific engine oil?
We select oil to suit your vehicle’s requirements. Manufacturer-specified premium oils or additional quantities may change the price. Any adjustment is explained and included in your complete quote before booking.
Which service should I choose?
The Basic Service covers oil, the oil filter and essential checks. The Minor Service adds the engine air filter, cabin filter where fitted and broader inspections. If scheduled maintenance is due, we assess the manufacturer’s requirements and quote the applicable work. Send your registration, make/model, kilometres and service history so we can help.
What happens if additional repairs are needed?
We explain the findings and quote the recommended work. Additional repairs are agreed with you before proceeding.
Is my booking confirmed when I send an enquiry?
An enquiry is a booking request. DriveRight will confirm availability, the appointment details and the complete price directly with you.
